Chest Infecttion Symptoms

Julyah

fueled by the desire to participate in the culinary contest recently in the net I am known to experiment in a recipe 'yeast '.
I love all the baked goods, I give up everything, but not a piece of cake soft and fragrant) and then I

seized the opportunity to leap on to the Italian Cuisine and participated in the contest again with my full

Focaccia rose

Ingredients 250 g wheat flour 250 grams water

a teaspoon full of sugar cane
20 gr yeast
a teaspoon of lemon juice

manitoba
250 grams of flour 150 grams of chopped red beets
two tablespoons of sesame oil a teaspoon of salt

emulsion of two tablespoons of sesame oil and two water and a teaspoon of salt
20 grams of pumpkin seeds peeled

Procedure Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and lemon. Mix the whole wheat flour. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

At this point the dough has already risen, then add the flour Manitoba, turnips, sesame oil and salt. Working to form a ball and cover and let rise again for about an hour (it should double in volume).

Grease a baking sheet and prepare the emulsion.
Take over the dough and spread into the pan making sure to keep the 'closure' of the dough at the bottom.
Sprinkle with the emulsion, cover with the pumpkin seeds and form dimples in the dough with your fingertips.

Let stand 15 minutes and cook for 15 min at 200 ° and another 15 min at 160 °

I found a very good pairing with cream cheese and salmon in Scotland:) but any new combination is welcome, even if you do know me so I can prove it; P

White Milky Mucus Before Period ?

Julyah cake and cheesecake 'Tiramisu'

E with a little peace and time are able to realize one of my projects ... to participate in a contest with my recipe. Revisiting of a classic Italian dessert in key Anglo-Saxon, as the title of my post here is the recipe for Tiramisu Cheesecake!

Ingredients 250g of pistokkeddos (Sardinian Savoyard)
100g lightly salted butter (I use the Lurpak)
1 teaspoon ground coffee
5 tablespoons of coffee

500gr 200gr mascarpone philadelphia

150g caster sugar 50g brown sugar 3 eggs full

2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla seeds
5 teaspoons extract coffee or liquor as an alternative borghetti

It goes like this:
you grind the biscuits and add melted butter, a teaspoon of coffee and liquid coffee
stretching and crushing with the back of a spoon to a baking sheet covered with aluminum .
you put in the fridge to rest.

meanwhile in a bowl weigh the philadelphia, mascarpone, vanilla and both sugars.
amalgamated with the whisk for a minute.
we open the eggs and yolks and pour them into the mixture one at a time by turning the blender with everything. just turn off everything is mixed.
at this point we divide the mixture into two parts. In a
add 5 teaspoons of the coffee extract and mix with a spoon.

Now we take the pan from the fridge and poured the two compounds as alternating light and dark.

We just have to bake at 160 degrees for about an hour, moving the pan will be ready when our cheesecake remain stable (if in doubt try to touch on, if you feel it is compact ready: D) will cool

Now at room temperature and put in the refrigerator as soon as possible, will be there to rest for at least 2 hours.

Sprinkle cocoa and serve!

I personally have been very happy to do this test because the cheesecake is part of my job as a pastry, but I'm talking about the classic, then exit from the scheme was a little funny. I was inspired by the New York cheesecake recipe because of the presence of mascarpone:)
However, the cheesecake as many sweets is based on a few ingredients and it's really important for a good and tasty success usarne high quality!
And I have finished writing this post ... to taste ... gnamme really good and not too intrusive as taste, Coffee feels good but I think most people who wish to taste can easily add more coffee extract into the mixture ... I recommend you taste it before pouring into the pan and decide:)

soon!

Essentialism Perennialism

Julyah soon in the living room of Villa Mercadante

And tomorrow is the big day!
I was given the opportunity to participate with my fellow pastry to an important event for which we are preparing for a long time and so meticulous. And it is a
Private Lounge at Villa Mercadante in Rome.
I'm a bit excited and I am preparing the cakes from exposure to show the public what we can prepare ... I finished it yesterday and this is a

today I have to complete another Disney theme and custom cupcake ... and if I have time I would also like to make a third cake which I say nothing of + 'has to do with Willy Wonka'. ... ;)
I hope I have time ... we'll see!

The days are going away like nothing, I realize that are months that I do not write on this blog and I am very sorry.
I have so many ideas and want to participate in culinary competitions very inviting and so very soon I will post my experiments with dolcioso related recipes.

And 'I'm leaving open too many things to me, all point to something that actually there is ... something that I hope will grow and that makes me more sure of tomorrow ... but that remains stable and continues to make me a dog. Perhaps Julyah still has not learned to make do by myself ...

ps I started the sketches to carry out one of my dreams ... this time I mean it! The Big Project of Julyah must be completed by the end of 2010 è_é curiosity in the air eh! :)
