Tenerina

Stefano A really like the cakes with chocolate and then Friday before he came to my house I tried this recipe and the cake Tenerina is simply a plain chocolate cake, however, call it like that!

I used to prepare this delicacy:
100
g butter 100 g sugar 50 g flour

250 grams of dark chocolate
50 grams of milk 3 eggs

Preparation:

Make the chocolate into pieces (you can choose the percentage you want is more and more dark is good) and then let it melt in a water bath in milk. Apart
melt the butter and then mix with the sugar until you get as a cream, then add 3 egg yolks and flour.
Cool the chocolate and then add it to the composite. Whip the egg whites and add to mixture, stirring slowly.
Pour into a buttered cake pan and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. The result
sweet and soft inside is just Bassino this is good, if you want once prepared you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or chocolate as the undersigned's hot!
Usually I do not hardly ever taste my cakes here but I could not resist eating a slice, even after the consent of my father, grandfather, mother Stephanie and of course I can also say that I was an exceptional day and time it is finished!
Unfortunately I just did a Fotina once baked the cake, the next time I'll just make it add to make you see better!

Tagliatelle with creamy ricotta and zucchini flowers

still enraptured by lunch on Sunday last in the fridge because I had some ricotta and zucchini flowers I wanted to prepare a first in some so remember those delicious ricotta gnocchi (which I will as soon as possible, however).
So I took my cheese to which I added some milk to make it more liquid and then to remove the lumps and I whipped this is the result

In a large skillet I put the flowers pumpkin cut into strips with a little milk now and I added the cream cheese to mix everything, just a few minutes before the pasta to boil, I took less than a minute to cook the noodles in the pan and then put them together now cream and pumpkin flowers, time to unite all the noodles and remove from heat otherwise make glue effect!

Et voila the dish is served

Ciambellone marbled super soft

I love it when the scent of sweet sprinkled throughout the house, every corner is impregnated good and anyone who enters it soon becomes clear that was baked a beautiful cake!
This afternoon I have dabbled in achieving this donut fast to make and super soft as well as delicious!
The recipe I found on the website of Laura and to its desrizione I wanted to try it myself and it's really so soft, try it!

But let us, here are the ingredients to make the donut:

3 whole eggs 240 g sugar 130 g water

60 grams of olive oil
250 grams of flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 00

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon baking

And now proceed with the preparation ... If you do not use
roboat as myself, but your powerful arms in a large bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until it forms a frothy (I would add that to your arms for mercy).
Then add the water, the 'oil and vanilla.
Pour the flour gradually, stirring constantly, and finally the yeast.
Grease and flour a bundt mold and pour half the mixture.
All 'other half add the cocoa powder, stir and pour it over the white compound.
Miraccomando not mix the two colors into the mold, forming concentric circles with a knife along the circle once clockwise. This will create the 'marbled effect.

Bake at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes (my minutes we scored 30, because oven veltilazione).
The mixture will be very liquid (do not add the flour) is the secret that makes it so soft! I
above to make a light crust before baking it took me a bit of sugar (not too mettetene though)!
Once cooking time has elapsed (if you want Take advantage of the more famous toothpick test) add in a drift of powdered sugar et Volia the cake is ready to be enjoyed and appreciated!
You'll love it!

Do U Get A Fever With Scabies

Happy Birthday Grandpa

Today was the birthday of my grandfather (80 years) as mentioned in the post as a faithful recipient of my culinary experiments! (In the photo with her granddaughters my dear cousin Camilla and myself)
Obviously we celebrated by going out to lunch together in a little place in Chianti, Chiocchio! The place is called "La Locanda del Gallo" c 'I had been once, I had discovered this spot my friend Aly.
To begin the owner who then also acts as a waiter gentlissimo, the service is impeccable, beginning to enjoy a mulled wine led us to the essence of cinnamon and homemade bread, good (the ingredients there was know how to figure, but a true connoisseur of these was the curry, the color you want x x the unmistakable flavor as I could not admit it!).
I regret not having photos of the dishes, I swear they deserved but I was so intent on savoring the delicacies to the camera that not even I thought, I hope that my words will make a little illustration with the idea.
As the first signed ate ricotta gnocchi with zucchini flowers and truffle cream, do not tell you the delicacy of flavor, good good good, as the second cut to the nose (do not know if he understood the nose but I like just a while) a delight, then we in the flesh Tuscany we have it really good, nice kitchen with blood, with truffles, a delicacy, just as a side x to be a little light grilled zucchini and half of spinach pie with mom! We get to dessert, every time I promise not to eat but then I fall into temptation, how can I resist the blackberry tart, I'm going crazy, it was home-made blackberry jam instead of in pieces, and over the creme anglaise (uncle how do you cream English is ....?) it is accompanied by good wine (according to others, I'm sober!)
Once finished lunch we headed in the direction of Greve in Chianti where we were to visit the wine museum that even for non-drinker me was really interesting, they can taste the wine with meats and cheeses and even oil.
Here are some photos to give a better idea ...

Well Sunday was definitely a beautiful family!

Roast Beef Sub Publix Nutrition

plaice fillets with mushroom ravioli

You know I'm not one who reads cookbooks, following the dose, I almost always go by eye, taking a cue here and there, but most are one who invents, I like to create my own way sometimes do not even know While some combinations might be okay, but in the end this is a little fun in my kitchen does not follow patterns to express my creativity as well!
This morning while I was at the supermarket and I approached the counter to see if I found the fish Pangasius ( Claudia mica found I did not know) I run at the end try try classics with fillets of plaice, 4, Value Pack , mine are perfect!
As I wander the aisles of the supermarket to do my little head as elaborated sti threads, then at first I thought I'd do it in a skillet with capers and olives, but then came to the counter x frozen take mushrooms to make a recipe x Stephen, why not make the idea flounder with mushrooms, won!
So I get home my good work x platessine, meanwhile preparing to add a little garlic in oil in a pan and gently heated a few minutes there I throw my mushrooms and a bit of rosemary for perfume. Apart prepare some vegetable soup, with very little water, I once hot melt half nut and then I add a dash of tomato sauce! So with my soup Soak the mushrooms to make that do not dry out. After about 5 minutes in pan, add the flounder

Writing A Letter About Hygiene

by way of lasagna

My fridge was crying a little today, I just had a mix of pumpkin ravioli and ripen a little more parmesan cheese and pears, I state the facts not with my hands but those of Mr and Esselunga . Giovanni Rana (especially the ravioli I had it I should have made them himself, I imagine him to mix with the apron) ok, off-topic!
mo and I said to myself that we do with sti ravioli? Ideon why not make them like lasagna, so I prepared a bit of white sauce with milk, flour and parmesan, I distribute a little on a baking sheet, and added a few pine nuts over the ravioli and then waited for the spot I had left in water x 3 minutes (well it required a pack 2 3 with the other 4 so I found a good balance) and I then placed over the sauce and then I filled well above bechamel, parmesan and pine nuts is always some. I left him in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes the time you baked a bit, careful not to dry them too and voila the experiment is so successful

my trusty tester (ie my grandfather) ate the whole pan then I think that was good and my experiment worked!

A flower of the saffron mashed sweet

few months ago me and Stephen, my better half, during one of our Sunday out of town we decided to go to Monteriggioni, a small medieval village near Siena. A long ascent leads to the top of the hill where this casket surrounded by fortified walls. When you arrive at the top and enter the village you have the impression that time has stood still inside and outside the circle of its walls. It is a small company that annually hosts those who want to take a dip in the past, the medieval atmosphere that reigns here is very strong, just organized in July in fact a very beautiful medieval festival, imagine this small village which is crowded with people, the lights go down to make way for candles, stalls everywhere, people dressed in clothes of the past and shows in every corner every night. But I prefer the view that this is

After passing through the main door of the castle and walked the road for a short distance, opening up before me a large square, Piazza Roma, the main square of the Castle, well see it live is another effect, like a picture with its frame, I would stay hours admiring them the glimpse of landscape that is visible, it gives me a sense of depth and infinite!

You may wonder why but she started to talk about right here in this village, which is central, well this is where I tasted a delicious side dish and last night I tried to do it again and when I think of mashed saffron comes to mind Monteriggioni!
In the square there are several small restaurants next to each other, the one where I usually was full so we go in the opposite and we're getting a nice cut truffle very good, as a side dish was mashed in saffron, needless to say that I are made to bring an encore.
saffron mashed by that special touch, the recipe is the classic one that just mash the end you have to add the saffron that you have previously dissolved in some warm milk!
Here's a picture of my plate, a nicely revamped version, if you have children is perfect!

After all this I recommend you go see x Monteriggioni not only the village but also to taste the saffron mashed potatoes, take it with sliced \u200b\u200btruffle blend together wonderfully well, the restaurant "The Feud" .

Maltagliati cream of pumpkin

not know what I'd like to be able to take a nice pictures of the dishes I prepare, say, more professional, you want the tools very unprofessional, you want a little professional photographer as well as the end result of photo is very homely, in addition to the successful outcome of the dish would be nice also choreographed well, but if I start to do well choreographed part ends that my grandfather eat the stuff cold! But let us, to the concrete ... Today the chef has prepared ... maltagliati cream of pumpkin! I really like to cook first, that's where all my creativity is manifested and are also a lover of things creamy with regard to the sauce so this morning I was free that morning I took the opportunity to make the dough with my hands.

Here is the procedure and ingredients to prepare our maltagliati:

  • 250 grams of flour 2 eggs

  • water

In a large bowl combine the flour, eggs and begin to knead, add some water to mix everything better, once the dough will form a solid ball and start to stretch the dough with a rolling pin, roll it well must miraccomando be subtle once you finished the procedure with a knife cut the dough into a side not to give a perfect shape to our pasta.

get down to the realization of our pumpkin soup, I used what they sell to the supermarket already split into pieces, 3 pieces in the pack I had it I used only one.

  • pumpkin
  • onion
  • milk
  • Parmesan
  • 1 cantuccino

In a large frying pan put a little oil and add some finely chopped onion , let it cook for a couple of minutes Then add the pumpkin previously cut into small cubes, leave on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, add some water a few minutes later, when you see that the pumpkin has softened remove from heat and let cool slightly. After a few minutes we can proceed to the famous stage mixing in the mixer we put our pumpkin, a little milk (I go by eye, but careful not to add too much otherwise, then the cream is too liquid) as cheese and more in touch I added I had a cantuccino gently triuturarto earlier (the idea was to put a macaroon but does not have this last one I found in my Dispenza a nice package and I cantuccini had the good idea to use those, because I find that the pumpkin cream goes very well with the flavor of dell'amaretto cantuccino or in this case). I mixed together for a few minutes until you get a nice cream. Meanwhile I put the water on the fire for maltagliati and once they reach the ebolizzione salt and throw down the dough, the cooking time let's say about 4 / 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of maltagliate, we advise you to try them and when you think they are almost cooked, remove from water with a ladle that has the holes and put them in a pan together with our cream and mix everything very well for about a minute the time to finish cooking the pasta. At this point our dish will be ready, if you want you can put on another pinch of cantuccino crumbled before this to your taste, or otherwise serve them well!

It is a quick dish to make, very tasty, my grandfather liked it!
