My proposal for the fair and



By now the days become weeks. The time is passing me fast even if the weigh days.
There are many preparations in this period for me and an event to which I am dedicating the show is IoSposa 2011. I made cakes, cupcakes and cookies for exposure in the bakery stand where I work. The dates for the local production, so many orders and the preparation of Halloween candy. Sincerely

It 's a time when it's hard to find the strength to go forward, if I keep it just for the sake of the ... how sweet it makes me feel to see a cake decorated over there waiting to be delivered.
It makes me see how I can make cakes ever larger and more stable, with no bumps or ruined parts ... all well balanced. It makes me feel like every time discover something new.

Unfortunately, things that make me feel bad there are many more, and I'm trying to find a solution ... but this time the mental and physical fatigue does not allow me to see much farther than my nose ...

I just know that my dream of a bakery ...

So while I started making cakes at home, in the few spare moments I ...

and these tests did this cake effect 'wrong' that it was just so much that I wanted to try to do:) And
'my sugar paste ... even after countless tests finally a satisfactory result!
